Office Manager:

Janie has been with Dr. Thomson for 28 years.  Janie was born and raised in Clarksville, Texas.  She married Guy in 1970 and moved to Washington, DC where her daughter, Chrissy was born in 1972.  Shortly after, Janie returned to Texas where her family settled in Austin.  Janie has a teenage grandson, Wade, and a very spoiled dog, Brandi.  She enjoys attending University of Texas football games with her husband, Guy, and the occasional trip to the beaches of Mexico.  Hook'em Horns.

Hygiene Coordinator:

Debi was raised in San Angelo, Texas.  In 1964, she moved to Austin where she raised a family and began her career in dentistry.  Debi has 34 years experience in the dental field including general dentsitry, periodontics and oral surgery.  She has been with Dr. Thomson's team for 25 years. Not only is Debi our Hygiene Coordinator, she is also a Registered Dental Assistant.  Debi is married to Dennis and has three children and three wonderful grandchildren.  She enjoys spending her free time camping and traveling. 

Insurance/ Finance Coordinator:

Sharon has been a part of Dr. Thomson's staff since 1996.  She has been married to her husband, Rick, for 33 years.  Sharon and Rick have two adult daughters and three German Shepards.  Sharon is very family oriented and loves to spend time with her daughters.  In her free time, she loves getting away for weekends at local Bed & Breakfasts, playing with her three German Shepards and shopping for Christmas (which she does year round).

Hygienists:

Stephanie grew up in Lampasas, Texas and graduated from Lampasas High School in 1991.  She attended Sam Houston State University and graduated from Howard College in Big Spring, Texas with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1998.  Stephanie has been living in Austin and practicing hygiene since 1999.  In her spare time, she enjoys running, cooking, fishing, reading, spending time with her dog, Max, her family and extended network of friends.

Adriane has been practicing dental hygiene for more than 13 years.  She is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonion and is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association.  She is married to Kevin, and they enjoy entertaining friends with delicious Cajun food.  Adriane has two young children, Malcolm and Marlee.  Between taking her kids to marital arts and gymnasctic classes, Adriane enjoys yoga and hiking.

Dental Assistants:

Kim has been a Registered Dental Assistant for 25 years, and a part of Dr. Thomson's staff since 1992.  Kim has been married to her husband, Mark, for 21 years.  She has two children, Mark Jr. and Staci.  Mark Jr. is a freshman at Northwestern State University in Louisiana and Staci is in her junior year of high school.

Amanda joined the team in 2000 after moving from West Texas to Austin.  Amanda is a Registered Dental Assistant.  Amanda is an avid runner who spends her free time at Town Lake running with friends.  Amanda recently took up tennis and enjoys beating all of her friends.

Kate joined the team part-time while in college at the University of Texas.  Kate decided to join us full-time in 2005, as a Registered Dental Assistant.  Kate is married to Brian and they have one beautiful daughter, Lucy.  Kate spends her free time entertaining Lucy, and she loves to spend time on the coast.
