Office Manager:
Janie Joyner has been a team member since 1972. Originally from Clarksville, Texas, she moved to Austin for her husband to attend the University of Texas Law School, and she has been with our office ever since. Janie is an avid UT football fan and a dog lover. She has one daughter Chrissy and a son-in-law, Michael. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her two dogs, Mavie, a yellow lab and Brandi, a Border Collie.
Hygiene Coordinator:
Marita Alvarado has been a team member since 2008. Although our office was the first dental office that she has ever worked at; she caught on fast and is now our go to person. Marita finds dentistry to be fascinating. She is a fifth generation Austinite. Marita and her husband, Matthew, love travel and fine dining. Her hobbies include reading and full contact shopping.
Business Manager:
Sharon Williams has been with our office since 1996, and she is your contact person for any insurance or billing questions. Sharon is our resident Christmas Elf because she stretches Christmas shopping out for the entire year. Her house lights up South Austin during her favorite time of the year. Sharon had 36 wonderful years with her husband Rick at the time of his passing, and she enjoyed every minute of their life together. She has one granddaughter, Kimber, who is the light of her life. Her three German Shepards and two grown daughters keep her busy when she is not focused on Kimber.
